Has anyone purchased them and how was their experience with them?

I'm looking at getting some from premium aquatics.

We picked up a small mandarin. We currently have some pods. I saw him take some mysis but would like to bulk up our pod population in the display. There is plenty of LR, LS and various macro algae.

I think the copepods might help the mandarin a little, but what you really want are the big amphipods. They should provide a little more "meat" for the mandarin compared to what a copepod can provide. If you want, I can give you a couple handfulls of my cheato that are loaded with these.

I know Tony has packages of pods at the store and he uses them in the tanks. Not sure if any are currently there though

I use Reed Mariculture's tiggerpods and they're hardy and a good deal for the 4-pack. I just dump them all into the tank [52 gal with mandarin] at once and use their Phytofeast to feed all the pods daily. This has helped my tank immensely after a pod-crash from chemi-clean. I've noticed, whether from the beneficial action of the pods or the Phytofeast, my coral extension has grown markedly.

I got some more pods from Tony when i got the mandarin. Gave me a bag of macro/cheato with some pods in it.

Amphipods would be nice to have. I may try the tiggerpods, still undecided.

Yeah i was suprised to read that michael. Seems like a good deal. If you guys do a order i would be interested in tagging along on somethings.
