CopperBand Butterfly kicked the bucket

Well, I ordered my copperband butterfly and was successful getting him to eat. He was doing very well and always looked happy in the tank until he broke his lower jaw.
I think my maroon clown may have started chasing him around and he hit a rock. I'm not really sure what happened but his lower lip was hanging a little. He had trouble eating after that. Wasn't poking around on the rocks for pods and was only relying on frozen food. He lived on that for about a week and developed ich. Monday he didn't eat. Tuesday I didn't see him. Wendesday I found the body.

I have not had luck with Copperbands either...they are extremely delicate fish. I have tried 3 of them and not had any of them live longer than 3-4 months.

I was so happy he started eating and was looking so nice. I was successful! My maroon ruined it for me and my butterfly. I really liked that fish but I'm not getting another one any time soon.

Maroon clowns are mean and highly territorial. Sorry about your loss.
