Copperband has black dots on tips of fins!

Any ideas as to what these could be? He's been through hypo and is now in a hospital tank. Eats everything and enjoying life. Saw these spots on the tips of his fins and two on his tail.

Any idea as to what they are and what I should treat for it?

It looks like black ich (which isn't really ich). My Powder Blue Tang had th same exact thing while in QT. I dosed Prazipro and within 2 days it was completely cleared up.

Any other thoughts? One round of Prazi hasn't touched it.

paraguard is a broad spectrum antobiotic. Quite effective if you ask me. I would give it a shot with it.
