coral banded shrimp question

I have a coral banded shrimp and was wondering if i could put a cleaner shrimp in with it?

ive had a pair of coral banded and a pair of cleaners in my 20 gal long, but many people have had bad expierence with them togethor.
overall its a hit or miss.

I've had one for the longest. However, I am getting rid of it because it tends to show signs of aggression. Though it never bothered my two cleaners and one fire shrimp, it did try to pinch at every fish that swam by it. If your tank is large enough, they should be okay. However, keep in mind that they do have the potential to be mean.

I had a CBS that was so aggressive and territorial. I couldn't safely add much to the tank because he would go after it. Suffice to say I don't keep CBS anymore.

Mine also was extremely aggressive. lunged at anything that came near him. Had him actually kill one of my pj cardinals that was a mated pair. He did also try to get at my cleaner shrimp but he wasnt fast enough to do anything to him.

Mine, which is certainly protective of his area when it comes to fish, gets along fine with the cleaner. The cleaner was added much later so i had the same concerns, but they get along well together.
