Coral banded Shrimp

Hi everyone!

I like the coral banded shrimp alot and would like to keep one, However, there is a small 1.5inch grey mantis shrimp in one of my rocks. I have two options:
1) Do a bottle trap and get rid of that irritating stomatopod.
2) Go ahead with the Coral banded Shrimp and hope that these two can co-exist together.
Which is a better option? Need some two-cents here.

Is the mantis the type that eats shrimp/crabs (smasher) or the kind that eats fish (spearer)?

Coral banded shrimp can take fish. Remove the mantis shrimp using a fish trap.
