okay so i have had the CB for a while and it was doing fine but for the past few days all it does is stay in a corner and doesn't swim around like usual and it looks like its losing some of its color like on its face its not as purple and i haven noticed it eating anything. it doesn't scratch on rocks or have white spots so its not ick. Anyone had a CB do this before? any advice?

possibly HLLE or flukes. did you treat with anything? I hear it's good to treat all angels with prazipro in a QT tank before adding to display.

No i did not treat him with anything i got him from a buddy. not sure if he treated him or not but he had him for a few months before i got him.

i feed them flakes some pellets and some frozen plankton and shrimp and sometime i put some seaweed in there.

More details...Is he the only one not happy? Size of tank? Tankmates? Flow? Algae blooms? Have you changed anything lately? Mine mostly ate mysis. Brine shrimp isn't really good, not much nutrition.

Mine loves nori. Actually he loves anything. Try getting ON butterfly and dwarf angel frozen cubes. Basically a seafood buffet for him and he will get all the nutrition he needs. But yeah coral beauty fish are not known to be shy at all.

i have two clowns a watchman goby a engineer goby a banggai cardinal a green chromie a ranfordi goby a yellow tang a mandarin a royal gramma two damsels a yellow clown goby and a firefish two cleaner shrimp a brittle starfish a emerald crap and a few snails and some hermit crabs but the firefish and clown goby have disappeared. But yeah the coral beauty seems to be the only on thats not happy. As far as my tank i have a 65 gallon with a 20 gallon sump. For flow i have just the return pump and a koralia 1050 powerhead i think the return pump is rated at like 900. but the only new things added to the tank was the gramma and firefish. But thanks for the help guys i am new to this forum business and pretty new to the hobby as well.
