Coral Beauty beating up my Orchid Dottyback

First fish in my 75 gal tank was a Coral Beauty. 2 fish later I got an orchid dotty back. I now have 7 fish. Coral beauty gets along harmoniously with all other fish but has made it her personal mission to chase and torment my orchid dotty back. The dotty back has gotten banged up pretty good to the point of some of the purple being rubbed off is scales from trying to get away and running into the rocks.

I have tried re-aranging the rocks and that didn't work. Now I have moved the coral beauty to the quarantine tank and re-aranged the rocks yet again.

1) how long do you think it will take the dotty back to heal and get it's colour back?
2) how long should I wait before re-introducing the coral beauty back to the main display? Days/weeks/etc?

I really don't want to choose between either of these fish and would hate to see one die from trauma but if it came down to choosing I'd pick the coral beauty hands down...despite the fact it's a bully.

My old CB always gave new commers a hard time but eventually chilled out. Even then he was prone to messing with any fish any time but not to the point of cuasing real harm.
Before you put the CB back add some 3-4" pieces of 3/4" PVC behind and under the rock it will give the OD more private places to hide.
In a 75 they should settle in I had a mated pair of ODs in a 75 with my CB at one time.
