Coral Beauty Help

It seems like the right side of the fish, right behind the pectoral fin, has a cut on it or something. It looks like some of the flesh in the area came off.

There also seems to be some small amount of damage on the tail fin. I think it may be tail rot as it is black as well.

Here are the best pictures I could get.

You can see the tail damage in this one too.

Are there any in tank treatments I can administer? My QT tank cracked so I was stuck adding the anthias to the DT right after acclimation and I might not be able to get a new one for at least a few days.

Other tank inmates are 3 carberryi anthias, 2 false percs, and a cleaner shrimp. The fish seems to be eating everything fine so far.

Also it seems to poop 3-4x a day, is that normal?

Only in-tank treatment I can recommend is epsom salt. 1 Tablespoon per 5 gals of water. But that's only going to help if this is a cut or something. If it's a disease (say, bacterial/fungal) then you'd need to QT, and use a med which contains Erythromycin or Minocycline. Or just use Maracyn 1 & 2 if you want to cover all the bases. But none of that is reef/invert safe.
