Coral Beauty Ich?

I've had this CB about 2 weeks now in a 30 gallon mixed reef tank and he was fine until about 6 hours after I introduced a new gorgonia today from the lfs. Their fish looked questionable so I just grabbed a coral and got almost none of their water in my tank. Also picked up a few corals yesterday from a different shop. Could it spread in 24hrs or less or is it more likely he came in with it 2 weeks ago and it's just now poking out it's ugly head(s)? It is prominent on face, dorsal and sides.None of the other fish have these spots yet finger crossed and Ive had them all for 3months to a few years. (O.Clown, True perc, blenny's ect) Best option for treatment or help with Id would be awesome. Thanks-Casey

ps. Tank tests great. No nitrate/trite, sg 1024 always RODI unless I drain the tank not realizing I forgot to turn it on the night b4:spin2::spin2:

6h or even 24h is usually not enough to show that clear symptoms of ich. The white spots start small and then grow. Also usually the first spots appear on the fins and are often missed.
Usually these spots stay for 2 to 3 days and then disappear - usually not completely as there will be irritation or infection of the skin.

If it showed up suddenly and disappears the same way without leaving any marks only hours later it is usually just some dirt that got stuck to the mucous layer of the fish.

If it stays longer than a week and appears to be growing it may be Lymphocystis, a cell growth caused by a virus and linked to poor water quality or as a reaction to copper treatment.

Thanks, I had a quarantine tank but i havn't bought anything for a while so now it's housing anemones, yellow stripped Maroon, Blenny, Flame hawk rock and corals lol DOOOUUUUGHTT Bangs head on wall. thinking I should set up another for next time. Think I should set it up now for him or just wait it out

I would get another tank set up now in case you need to treat the angel. If it's got ich, it's also in your display, which means you'll need to treat all your fish and let your display go fishless until the parasite has had time to die off.
