Coral Beauty with white marks / frayed fin? [pics included]

I just lost a Flame Angel, unsure why. But I now notice white and frayed fins on my Coral Beauty.

Both have been in Hypo (1.009) for a week now. I also have two Longnose Hawkfish in there and one is breathing hard. It is hard to see if any white marks are on them though.

Given hypo for a week, I do not believe this to be Ich. Any ideas from the pictures? Flukes maybe?

May have to squint a little to see the white and fray around the edges of his side fin.

I'd suspect the fish are responding poorly to the hypo. Whats the ph? Are you getting ph swings.? Try raising the s.g. back up to normal levels and see if the fish respond better. Prazi pro is safe and can be used at anytime for flukes.
