The cloudy eye and small fin are on same side of the fish. The coral beauty is currently in a 10 gallon QT tank with a heater, lights, and a aqua clear filter.what is wrong with my coral beauty? No pictures at the moment, will try and post some later.Sorry if these is the wrong place to post this thread in. Thanks for all the help

A coral beauty should not be kept in a tank that small. Without pictures it will be difficult to say whats wrong, but off the bat it could be a combination of stress due to a small environment and potential feeding habits. Is it eating? what are you feeding it? Is your tank established?

The 10 gallon tank is not its home I am just quarantining it there. I am going to watch it,there for potential diseases. I am feeding frozen mysis shrimp and nori. The coral beauty has a 30 gallon 10 month old established tank waiting for it :) Thanks for the help I will try to get pictures up tonight

Does it have a place to hide and feel secure?
This is important during QT.
Sounds like the fish has some sort of bacterial infection.
Probably needs an antibiotic but I couldn't tell you which one.
I don't QT new additions.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge of bacterial infections can steer you toward the antibiotic your fish needs.
Good luck!
