Coral Beauty's mouth looks chapped

When we first got our coral beauty his lips were full and purple. Now they looked white chapped and flaky. It's only been 2 days. He also looks like he may have some spots on his side. Can anyone give me advise on what to do? We dont have another tank/heater to put him in and our fish store is closed. Will he get the other fish sick?

That fish didn't last 10hrs after that picture was taken.
Maybe it's time to try another CB.
