Coral dieing...I think...Help

I got my coral last week and everything seemed to be ok, that is until 2 nights ago. i noticed that the brown shrooms were tuching it. I now have turned the rock so the shrooms are about 2 inches away. However the coral looks dead.....I dont know ??

Can someone help...give me some advice on what I should do. Here are some then & now pictures.

Doesnt look dead yet. Some flow might help keep it from collapsing. Examine it for dead spots. If you see any thing rotty brush it or cut it out. It may stay closed for a while after the trauma . A little flow and wait if there is no vivsble necrosis.

my leather does that every time my rbta stings but comes back couple hours

Mine do that sometimes too, but they come back.
