Coral Dip

My wall hammer coral has been receding the last couple days and I'm pretty sure it has brown jelly disease. I did a quit trip around town looking for tincture of Iodine but only found Povidone Iodine. Will Povidone Iodine work for a dip? And what ratio of water to Povidone Iodine should I use?
