here's the build thread

A Guy named Steven Pro did something similar to this years ago. Had a hard time with temp stability if I can recall .. he used 300 gallon Rubbermaid tubs instead of tanks ..

I have a greenhouse in syracuse and temp is terribly hard to control. I had just water set up before i did anything and it was a good call. 60 out and water temp was almost 90. greenhouse was just below 80. doesn't take much.

Our coral green house didn't work out. After battling the elements the first year we wrapped it up. In my opinion it is too much of an uphill battle. What you gain in free light from the sky, you loose much more in climate control.

I think if you are willing to go the distance like the folks in this particular thread; a greenhouse would be awesome to propagate corals. This guy has a website where he sells corals grown out in the greenhouse and it is some really nice stuff! I cant remember what it is called but I believe it is somewhere in the thread, he also states that rc members are welcome to come see his setup just contact him to see about schedules. I think it would be awesome to go check this out.
