Coral help please!

New reef keeper here. Just got a small toadstool leather, the day after I put it in my tank, it looks like the picture attached. Almost like it is deteriorating. Why is it doing this and is there any way to save it?

I've also got a mushroom colony that has been in the tank for several months, doing great. A few weeks ago they decide to all shrink at once. They've been like this for close to a month now. Nothing has changed in the tank other than new coral additions. Any ideas why they are like this? Picture attached in next post.

Thanks!

kind of hard to answer without know something about your tank. lighting, flow, and your parameters would be a good start.

Sorry about that, should have included it.
Moderate flow around the tank, lighting is current USA reef LED lighting acclimating them with 100% actinics and 40% whites.
Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, ph 8.0, nitrate 10, 1.024 sg

Two things you're hitting it with too much light should be less than 50% on acclimation and they need a lot of flow.
