I've had this coral for about 7 months now. In my opinion it seems fine, with about 2" of growth. I'm more worried about the ID so I can pay alittle more attention to what I'm looking for (ie bleaching, polyp extension, growth). I want to kinda use this as a base to see if I can introduce more SPS corals to my tank.
The rock that it's attached to now was an existing SPS coral that looks like it died. I picked the rock up as a piece of LR, but inspecting it, it looks as if it was a SPS coral. IF all goes well, what other type of beginner level SPS can I introduce ??
Current params and tank info-
250w 14k phoenix
Aqua C remora pro skimmer (no sump or fuge unfortunantely)
TLF reactor with rowaphos (phosphates reading 0ppm)
SG - 1.025
Nitrates- 0 (salifert test kits are kinda hard to read, but definantly no color on the test kits)
CAl - 460
KH/ALK - 7.2
MG- 1275
Dose daily a 2 part solution (ESV B-Ionic)
10g PWC weekly
Thanks
