Xmas favia, mid/low light, mid/low flow, needs some fine food fed once it gets happy in the tank. I have a small colony of it. It's not Amazballs but it's still a cool little coral IMO. I +1 on not putting that plug in the DT. Looks like hair and bubble algae central on that sucker. I got schooled on how to dip for pests during the last pizza night and now it's ezey pezey. Plus I feel very doctor like with my chemicals and rubber gloves.
A word of warning. Once it gets happy you need to watch to see how long it's sweepers are. My Xmas has only maybe a half inch at most but some favias rock six inch sweeps. My larger green and teal favia colony has about a four inch reach 360 around it. They are quite aggressive.
