coral id please

I got this on a piece of live rock I bought today. Cant find it anywhere, can anyone id this....

By the way it is soft and seems to be on a stalk, and is fuzzy. Thanks, Tina

Tina I think it's a sponge

It was out of water for 30min. while I put rock in the tank. I thought if sponges were out of water they die right away. It is still going strong in the tank under mh lighting. Still a pretty little perk. Thanks.....Tina

looks like a piece of star polyps I have all sorts of little pieces glued to stuff like that and they look idenical

My guess is a Chile Coral.

It does look like a chili coral, but it is in full lights and likes it. I looked at it at night and it wilts just a fraction. I still havent found a pic of it on the net just yet. Thanks.....Tina
