Coral ID

[Hard-Rock]

The frag swap yesterday in Nashville sure was nice, but I bought a coral that I do not know what is .I got it from the gentleman that had the 2nd booth from the entrance on the right. It looks like 2 pieces of bubble gum on the rock ,when it opens it kinda looks like xenia.Can someone tell tell me what this nice new coral is.Thanks

Here is a photo after it is open .It is some kind of polyp corals .Its base look like a piece of gum.Then the polyps open from there .All the xenia that I have attaches right to the rock

Its not xenia.

Clavularia. sp. if the mat is purple - can't tell. If the mat is grayish/cream then it's Briareum sp.
