If you could buy only one book to help in the aid of identifying and selecting corals for you reef aquarium. What book would you select?

I got it for 99 then lent it out and never got it back. I heard there is going to be another printing of it soon with updates. Time to shell out more cash

IMO, "Corals" by Eric Borneman is the one of the best all-inclusive books.
I like this one also its was only $40 but I won mine at the meeting raffle!!

Ouch! :furious: I've had that happen too, or had people over for a cichlid club board meeting and found things missing after they left. Like copies of vol. I Issue 1 of TFH magazine except for the poor condition reading copy covering them. :furious: Most aquarists/reef keepers are good though, and many times they look me up to return something they borrowed or I gave them, or just show up at my front door with a bunch of stuff they are not using any more, or even tanks. Definitely a lot more good things than bad happen when you know other aquarists.

I agree with all of above. However, before you spend your $$, check out the titles available to you for FREE in the c-sea library.

Just placed an order for "Corals" by Eric Borneman, and sent a link to my wife for Veron's "Corals Of The World" with a reminder that my birthday is coming up in a few weeks. We'll see how that plays out, but I'm guessing I'll probably be purchasing that one myself too after she see's the price tag. lol.
