Coral or Anemone?

Just pulled out some zoas I got to frag off some hangers and I found two of these guys. Anemones or soft corals? Thanks!

Looks kinda like a rock anemone. Need better pictures though to verify

Rock anemone fits the bill. He stuck himself to the bowl he was in and required some gentle prodding to get off and into the tank. Of the other two I hadn't seen before, one let loose and was flowing around the tank and the other stayed put. The one from the bowl has found a home atop a bit of live rock in the lower part of the tank. Thanks for the help with the identification!
