Coral Placement and Care

I am thinking about placing a nepthia (sp?) and a favia (sp?) frag in my tank. I have metal halide lights. Should they go somewhere at or below mid-tank level at least for a while. How much light do they like? Any special feeding requirements.

You should start all corals off down low then move them from there.
