So I have some corals now and was wondering for future reference under my lighting (2 250watt reeflux 12k bulbs and 2 24watt ho t5s) where should i place things such as slimers, milli, and tricolor?
I have my plate and zoos and shrooms all on the bottom now and they are doing great as well as the anemone.
Also I have a toadstool about 3-4 inches across with a green tint to it if anyone is interested ill trade for a large array of things you have I just dont want it in the tank anymore. I have an idea as to where I would like specific pieces to go and I cant think of anywhere for it but it came with the tank so its still in there for now :)

with that amount of light with good flow you can put the milli's at the middle to the bottom. be aware that you can burn some corals with the 250's at the top

thats what i was concerned with . . . is there anything I can put more near the top or will that top row be reserved for nothing but rock. Doesnt matter what kind of coral just wondering what I could put up top

alot of your sps can go up there but there will need to be acclimated well before that. if the rock stucture is low enough then you might be okay. just watch the monti's up there

btw if you are getting the corals from rick and terry then ask them what they have for light and what they recommend based on there setups. there will steer you in the right direction
