Those neon greens slime alot. It's also less tolerant than say kenya or toadstool to alot of handling.
I don't like the rubberband method and quit using it on sinulara because if it's too tight it causes more tissue damage which rots and can lead to the whole peice rotting away. And if your water is not near perfect that is exactly what will happen.
I prefer the toothpick method by it's base in a small hole in rubble or where you want to be in your tank. Or place a few rocks to corral and or hold the coral in place.
Also it needs medium light and medium current. In particular when it's adjusting to being moved out of a tank, handled, cut up, rubberbanded and then place in your tank and adjusting to your water, light, and current. You should not have it too close to the lights nor in too high a current. After it adjusts you can move it around until you find the sweet spot it likes.
Do what you can for it to stop it from rotting.
I gave up all extra cuttings and large ones I had. PM me if it dies, I might have more later.
