Does anyone have one of these if so tell me if its any good. I have a 65 gallon reef tank and plan to put corals in it

they work pretty good for moderately priced skimmers. I had one on my 180 and just replaced it. It works fine just to much tank for it. I had the 22o but they are basically the same unit, just a little bigger body and cup.
I think a 125 would be fine for a 65...i have my 220 on ebay right now for 110 buy it now... and I will knock off the shipping for ya.

I have one on my 75. It's to new to judge for now,but watch how you set it up --dry or wet skim I turned mine up a little before I went to bed and I had 20 gals on the floor 5 hrs later.BUT this was my own fault I adj. the skim lv and didn't watch to see how fast it filled the trip line I have on it,now I drain into a 5 gal bucket so I can see it.

the pump is only three weeks old...cause the other one went out and coralife sent me a new one. I used the skimmer for about 6.5 months...perfect condition all pumps , hoses, diffuser box and sponges and tubing included....look at the ebay acution for pics and details. under saltfreak24

I saw the video of your reef devil, is it any good. I have been trying to find the perfect skimmer to replace my seaclone

no offense cause I have never had one, but from what I have heard, a plastic cup will replace a seaclone...
the coralife will destroy a seaclone.

I have a CSS220. It's O.K. The biggest benefit of it, is that you can hang it outside of the sump or on the tank if needbe. The hang on the tank configuration is the best bet for this skimmer. It is exactly 25 1/2" tall, and you only need like 1/4" of clearance to take of the cup. If you are planning on getting a moderately priced skimmer that you will put in sump, go for the Octopus. If you plan on having it hang on style go w/ the Super Skimmer.
