coralife timer not working

I have a brand new coralife timer with 2 timers. one of the timers isn't working. Even the manual switch wont turn the lights off. Anyone know how to fix this? if not do i call aquahub(where i bought it) or directly to coralife? thanks

Scott why don't you start with where you bought if that wasn't very long ago. See what they have to say maybe you'll get lucky.
If no luck try the Manufacturer.

I'd try and return for cash back or store credit and get regular timers. Those units don't have a great track record, but neither do most coralife electrical products.

i had one on my old tank that worked for a year until i flooded it in salt water. i'll talk to aqua cave and see what i can do. i have a bunch of single light timers laying around i'll use for now.

They do manage to get some units right. However, the rate of bad returns for those is fairly high.
