Fan is not coming on when the 10k's come on. I had the electricity go off a few days ago and when it came back on the fan came on with the lights, but the next day it did not come back on with the lights. I am needing the web site to see about getting a new fan. Thanks

Let me tell you something. Their tech support is crap. I have called a couple of times to get some information regarding their ballasts and every time I call i get some lady that tells me their busy....every......single......time...
