Coraline additive

I am setting up tank using dry rock. I like the look of purple coraline on rocks. Should i add bottle of coraline additive to tank.? Should i wait and see if it comes with frags when corals are added?

Any thoughts on this product?

It will come on it's own. Ive been trying to keep it out since i dont like the look of it and the pain of scraping it off the glass.

I would not add any additives. It will eventually show up and you will be cursing it as you clean the glass and your powerheads:lol:

what tony said!!! i just spent an hour scraping it off the glass. weirdest thing...it grows in the corners and near the sand bed on the glass but my back glass is clean as a whistle. i have a couple of pincushion urchins, i guess they are keeping the back glass clean.

Mine only grows on the glass because the urchin mows it off all the rock.

And Fishmas, keep in mind you may not get the purple! There are other colors too :spin1:
