Corallife Retro Fit Bulbs

Greetings M.D.,

I have Corallife Retro-fit PC's on my 240. They require 8, 65 watt, straight pin bulbs. Just curious if other straight pin brands will fit, or if I have to use Corallife bulbs?

I would like to use these.

I wanted to try a little different spectrum, plus they are a few $$$'s less, which never hurts.

Thanks for your post, yes other straight pin brands will fit in a Coralife fixture, the base is pretty much standard across the industry. The only difference between a Coralife bulb and a non-Coralife bulb is the girth of the Coralife bulbs. Standard PC bulbs tend to be a little skinnier. I hope this helps!
