Hey I see in the divers den you have something called an "Acropora Coral Shrimp" I have never seen this anywhere and was wondering if you could tell me about it, like what it eats and etc..

Thanks

Rudypoop,

The Coralliocaris superba shrimp comes from the Indo-West Pacific and lives in association with Acropora corals. These shrimp eat meaty foods such as chopped mysis, brine and the mucus of Acropora corals. The specimen that we have in our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility is eating frozen mysis shrimp and has attained its adult size.

Rudypoop,

Thank you for your additional questions about this interesting shrimp. The Coralliocaris superba can live without a host.

All right thank you for the quick response, I think if it there at the begining of next week when I get the $, I'll order him.

Once again, thanks for the help.

Rudypoop,

Thank you for your excellent question. Due to the possibility of aggression between them, we do not suggest housing the Coralliocaris superba and the Sexy Anemone Shrimp in the same aquarium.

Okay thanks again, I guess I'll go with my original plan of a Harlequin Shrimp and Anemone Crab from you guys.

Once again thanks for the help.
