I'm not sure of any corals that necessarily require very low light, only those that do ok in low light conditions. Corals adapted to using light for photosynthesis are geared to compete for light, not for less light.
I have a couple of rock anemones in a ten gallon under 2X26w daylight curly PC bulbs. They've been in the tank over 5 years and when fully expanded are about 6" across. However they get directly fed once or twice a week with krill or shrimp.
