Has anyone been there or heard of anything. They claim they are the cheapest around with $10 frags and a 7 day guarantee with all fish? To me it sounds too good to be true. Has anyone checked them out yet?
 
I believe thats ocean paradise that was banned from here a while back AKA Phil not 100% certain but its what I have heard
 
Hmmmm...I know Phil (OP) pretty well...I get frags from him now and then and am quite happy. I believe he has just got his wholesale license. Suprised he got banned but I will break his chops and find out wassup. CoralTopia is for sure Phil, I know that.
 
I cant keep up with all these so called salt water stores on craigslist. Ill stick to the regular stores people get a db and think there a pet store . Anyone can go downtown and get a db and order from wholsalers. Try to order a fish from 1 of these (pet stores) on craigslist. or better yet see what fish they have in stock.
 
Awwwww...don't be a hater. These peeps have the same love and enthusiasm as the next person and just want to have a job that they love and have passion for. Not everyone can just buy up a store and be open for business and have a huge inventory...just my opinion though.
 
Definatley not a hater but when you claim to be a store and say you have tons of fish and corals in stock. I ask what fish and you have not 1 somthings wrong. Then you say you can get fish next day i tell you to get me 3 fish a week ago and still nothing .i email you and you say your waiting on 3 more people.

and when they write things like this (((Dont get ripped off from the LFS!)))

LFS have overheads they have store they have employees and they have stuff in stock.

roc I agree completely with Jacwil...some of these places on craigslist are really nice and can even run neck and neck with CF and TRS. While i have not seen or been to Coral Topia yet ( I don't see a storefront address anywhere for it) I know that The Ocean Connection is a small cozy store and both their selection of fish and coral is quite impressive. My opinion is to try it before you knock it...my again this is just my .02
 
I did try it . still nothing. I give everyone a chance just like when stephen first got going i went to him ordered a fish he got it for me no problem.
I never said 1 thing about the O.C i have bought from stephen and i would buy from him again.I would allso consider O.C a LFS he does post on craigslist but so does Abc pet and i think that store is great and G is a great guy.

Phil does have corals in stock and I was just lookin' at his CL listing and he doesn't say there that he has fish in stock but you have been corresponding with him so you def are more in the know than I...good luck!
 
The one up now doesn't but ones before did. Thats why i contact him to give him a shot . To be honest i didn't know it was phil i have traded phil once in the past and that was fine. i have nothing against phil really. But i dont like someone telling me they can get somthing and im waiting for over a week. then they go and write (((Dont get ripped off from the LFS!)))

its cool to take shots at the LFS i see this guy shopping at but its not cool for me to say anything.

Hey roc...no harm intended really...was thinking about the Steve and The O.C. as he ordered a clown tiggerfish for my aggressive tank for me a couple weeks back. G at ABC is a great guy as well, a wealth of knowledge there as well, have to visit him and pick his brain about a couple things...
 
Dude you can say anything you want...hope all works out 4 ya! We just have differing opinions. I'm done with this.

i seen his add with $60 queen angel so i assumed he had fish in as well.as shady as he was on here i doubt he will get much busness now that people know who it is
