Coralville July 8th

I'm heading down to coralville on the 8th of July and I'm lookiing for something to do. My wife has to take her State boards for nursing at 11:00 (wish her luck!!!) so I'll have some time to kill while she's doing that!

I was planning on going to Sea of Marvels but the last I heard they were going to be closed during that week. Anybody have any other suggestions on something to do during the day down there.

If you are interested in Fish only things, Coralville Bay and PetLand both has saltwater. Petland doesnt look to bad either, still an aglea breakout from time to time, but they are getting better. fish atleast look healty now. The UofI also has a couple tanks, maybe thugme knows the locations(IIRC SoM's takes care of them)? I could always ask around and find them too...

non-fish stuff, two disc golf courses, 13 miles of single track mountian bike trails, coralville mall, the coralville res has a beach(to bad the U has let out)

Anyone know the hours on Coralville bay and Petland? Sat. and Sunday?

I'm sure I'll probably end up at Scheels before the day is out too. I may end up heading back to CR and going to gander mountain. Haven't been there in a long time.

Saturday should be 10pm - 6pm
and
Sunday 12:00 - pm

I've never been to the Fin and Feather in IA city. Been to the one in CR and loved it. Wheres it at?

Fin and Feather is at the cross of highway 1 and Riverside.

Its not bad, they have a lot of cool stuff too.

Paul's Discount is across the street from F&F, one of my favorite stores to waste time wandering the halls.

plus if your are into motorcyles and atv Iowa city motorsports is up the road on first ave just as you cross 360 or 218 I am not sure which.
