coralvue ballast

Does anybody out there have any thing good or bad to say about the coralvue 250 electronic ballast?

I've been using it for about six months now with no problems it fires up well and runs good with the 14k coralvue light I like the color and the intensity.

I had one a couple years ago and it worked well for a couple months and then wouldn't fire the bulbs anymore. Premium Aquatics took it back and I replaced it with an Ice Cap.

I have one that's been running reliably for 2ish years. Its sister died inexplicably after about 1 year of service.

I have 2 - 400w ballasts that has been running 2 years-ish with only a minor problem with his brother (ballasts are all born males Becky...) I sent it back to Dave at coralvue and he replaced it... pretty good customer service, and product, they fire 14k hamilton bulbs very nicely.
