Im writing this here in the newbie forum so that everyone who is new can hear my experience.
I am ecstatic with the customer service I have received from this company, they have gone above and beyond in resolving my issues and my ticket.
I bought a new K2-120 IceCap Skimmer, I read the instructions page and went online to get the assembly instructions. It was easy to find and understand. As I am assembling the skimmer I notice that the air silencer is broken from shipping. :angryfire:
Annoyed, I go to their service website, sign up, register my product, and fill out a work ticket. All of this takes less than 10 minutes because of how easy their website is put together. Im thinking its going to take days to get a reply and then weeks to get a claim filed and processed and shipped to me.
NOPE. Took them 2 hours and at 8:30pm they emailed me saying that they were sorry it was broken and that they would ship a new silencer ASAP. They also informed me the silencer was not critical to the function and to get my skimmer running in the tank and that I wouldn't have to ship anything to them at all.
AMAZING!! :eek2:
There are very few companies that have customer service that is easy to deal with. This parent company owns several brands that reefers use and it's comforting to know that their service is behind those trusted names in aquariums. I wish they sponsored this forum so I could brag in their specific forum. :bounce1:
