CoralVue High Seas

Think of adding more water movement.. right now i have 2 K3's in my 55, they are almost 2 years old. Any one have experience with the CoralVue High Seas? What should be max (gph) for water movement in a 55? Thinking about the dual pump one.

so is a little more then 3000 gph to much water flow for a 55?
