CorelDRAW X8 graphic software

Hello.
I/O read error.
The above message is coming when i am opening .CDR format file. I tried to open it from two different computers with the same results. Can any one explain the source of this error? How to open .CDR file?
I have even re-install CorelDraw and it still doesn't work.
