is the cork screw black coral an sps? and would the aefw attack it ? I know its not acro right so it should be ok just ask because i noticed a spot on it and that is new

I'm guessing this is one of those spiral wire or whip corals that have been maricultured lately. Try the non-photosynthetic forum.

ok here is a pick but i think this is a gorg. and the damage i found is from a green slimer acro falling on it i forgot that happen the night before ..

both are alot taller now i like the Dr.Seuss look of this coral ..

now flat worms don't feast on them correct only acropora . hence the name AEFW

Look up the stuff they make jewely out of. Kind of looks like a gorg of sorts.
