Correct amount of food?

I have a 300L ref tank with an Orchid Dottyback, pair of Ocellaris Clowns, one Lyretail Anthias, a trio of Carberryi Anthias and a Copperband Butterfly.

The CBB only eats frozen (mysis or brine) and I am feeding one cube of Ocean Nutrition frozen mysis a day, divided by 2 feelings.

Is this enough? Is it too much? Can't really tell if they eat it all with all the circulation the stuff quickly disappears.

You could turn off your powerheads when feeding to aid in it not "disappearing"
Is the question on the feeding directed at the CBB or all inhabitants? Anthias should be fed at least 3 times a day, more is better

They make "feeding stations" either fixed with suction cups of floating. You can feed floating food in them and they trap the food within the station so that it doesn't go everywhere. If turing off your flow isn't an option you could try one of those. They're cheap! Under $10 for sure.

Thanks! The question is more to find out if one cube of frozen food (mysis or brine) per day is enough or too much for the above fish count. I am splitting it across several times per day and feeding station do not really work for frozen given it sinks quickly.

1 cube doesn't seem like much for anthias and butterfly's. Feed a little more and see if it is all consumed fairly quick. As long as the fish don't look skinny you may be ok but anthias need a lot of small feelings per day.

Thanks! I want to have a balance between feeding adequately and keep algae out of the tank. I understand the 3min rule but my fish eat half the cube in under one minute so on that I probably should feed more. On the other hand they are not skinny at all and I am trying to keep Green Hair Algae at bay hence my original question. Thank you very much! I will continue with one cube (alternating between enriched brine and mysis) 4 days a week and the other three I will complement the cube with some small feelings of high quality flake food.
