Hi Again Folks!

I live in Perth Western Australia and as always we are limited to what we can by from here in the way of salt etc etc.. Sydney,Melbourne can cater better to the marine community. And for that reason I can only choose for my new reef/coral setup salt brands like Coralife, Red Sea, Ocean Nature. Can someone tell me with the limitations I have what salt is best out of my list for a reef/coral setup??

Cheers
Kim

I think for SPS your most popular are Tropic Marin Pro, Instant Ocean, Kent and sometimes Oceanic. That's JMO up here in Vancouver though.

I think that the Coralife or Red Sea will give you a descent salt given the limited choices.
IMO you are better off choseing a brand and sticking with it over switching between the lowest priced salt though.

I agree. Most of the salts out there right now are pretty good, and consistency is a more important factor.
