Could someone post pisture or plans for a reverse durso?

I would like to see what one of the reverse durso looks like. I can't seem to find one anywhere. I tried searching but seem's that what I saw there was muddled at best. I am trying to quiet down the overflow where it enters the sump and cut down on the bubbles. I will try to post a picture of what I thought it would look like but that did not work.

Here's a sketch of what I think it should look like but when I tried this it had no affect on bubbles or noise, if anything it got louder....Doh
