i first thought Gonodactylellus viridis but the more i look at pictures I seem to think i'm wrong

first picture is terrible i know. but its the only one ive got of the whole body.

Gonodactylellus viridis is quite color polymorphic and the the telsons show some difference with age and sex. Whe I first looked at the photos without reading anything about it, I guessed G. viridis. WIthout seeing a better shot of the telson, I will stay with that id. The key is the reddish pigment anterior and posterior to the white meral spot.

Although hes very brave at the enterence to his hole, its just like a dart in the tank so i had to make do with these pictures, the one of the whole body was taken when I first removed him from the main tank before I realised what a little character he was.
I know I keep calling it a he lol dont have a clue really.
 
WIthout seeing the genitalia, I can't be sure what sex it is, but given the development of the telson, I would say the odds are better than 50/50 that you have a male.
