D is done in some classes, but evolution is a core for a bio degree, so I have to have a C or better....I should get an A anyways

heat than stress

Chad,

I saw that tank, and checked very closely. How long had it been up and running? I checked and with the kind of heat that it would take to cause acrylic that thick to stress, I think you would have begun to see surface distortion, either browning or bubbling. I think th eprevious owner of that tank had a stand that was not level.
JMHO

And when are you going to try your hand at acrylic work and make me a tank out of the remains?

Chelsey,

Sorry to hear about your Nano Cube but like Chad said earlier, it is a common problem. They should replace it for you. Take a picture and send it to them.

Howie

They won't replace it...they have a 6 month guarantee and I think I was on the 8th month when it cracked :( All's well now though, the tank inhabitants are in a new cube and doing fine :)

if you want the tank only you're more than welcome to it. I'm saving the hood and ballast and stuff.

boy i am glad i do not have to take finals anymore. i do not miss that part of college. i miss other parts, just not class.

I guess I should get my son's nano up and going. I bought it at the TWP sale month's ago and it's still in the box. I guess I should inspect it!

The new tank is all set up and the inhabitants are happy! All's well that ends well I suppose :)

Your guess is as good as mine on the weldon. I don't know if anyone's interested, but the tank is free to a good home, it'll be thrown away otherwise.

JBJ nano cubes are Glass. You can not mend the crack to get the tank holding water at full capacity again. However it would mae a great frog or Tarantula cage.
