Couple Corals Not Doing So Well

I've got a 90g reef tank that has been pretty neglected the past 6 months or so. Not really any water changes in the past 3 months, no Ca/Alk dosing, or much maintenance at all. I'm trying to clean things up. Some things are doing well as always (long tentacle anemone, frogspawn, hammer), but a couple others are struggling.

Some basic specs:

90g standard tank
50lbs live rock
EuroReef Skimmer
ATI Sunpower 48" fixture w/ 3 ATI blue plus, 1 GE daylight, 2 ATI Aquablue special
Refugium w/ cheato
BRS reactor with ROX carbon and GFO
Vortech mp20 and Korilla 3

Water Specs (Salifert):

SG 1.026
Alk 7
Ca 380
Mg 1200
Ph, Nitrates unkown (test kits completely out of date)

The lighting cycle is 10 hours with the aquablue lights and 8 hours with all 6 bulbs on. I've done basically no maintenance for 6 months except for cleaning skimmer every couple weeks (sometimes would be overflowing) and changing GFO/carbon maybe once a month.

Yesterday I did a 20% water change, dosed some Ca/Alk, zapped about 1000 aptasias, and cleaned up the sandbed. Things look alot better except these:

The first one used to be all shades of purple, but has been slowing turning green over the past couple months. The second one I got when it was already struggling. It is starting to die off. Any suggestions?

I think you basically answered the question with your post. Keep up with maintenance but don't over do it. When you added alk/Calcium did you test first or just throw it in guessing what your values were? You are shocking your system by not doing anything then over doing it. Take it slow and stick with water changes.
