Alright...for those who insist I don't have a single drop of water in my house! J/K. ;)

I apologize for all the light reflections. I forgot to turn off the Christmas tree that's next to it. DOH!

Nice job with the photo shop. :hmm6:

Sue & I are going to Germany to get a Gem Tang.

Hope the pipe organ does well for you.

How about some new zoo pics?

Sue would kick you square in the man purse!

We had a discussion about spending $500 for a Gem Tang.
Her words were "That's crazy spending that much for something that will die."
Maybe I should have said it was diamond tang "diamonds are forever".

Niiice tank, RSPT! The wrasse looks more like a muppet version of a fish than a real one! What is the coral with the white polyps in the forground (center)? It's beautiful. What sort of lighting does your tank have?

$500 for a Gem Tang? Wow...pretty cheap. Not that I'm in the market for one. I like the "Diamond" approach though. I'll have to remember that.

SOUP! Welcome to the Up 'Nort Forum! It's a White Pipe Organ coral. The skeleton is hard red tubes. The Mystery Wrasse is always out. Eats like a pig. The cube has a 24-watt 50/50 lamp. I'm looking into getting the Deluxe hood from JBJ which has two 24-watt 50/50 lamps.

The mystery wrasse looks great - as do all the corals - I really like the clove polyps, one of my personal fav's ;)

I have added extra lights to nano cubes before - there are existing screw holes in the plastic hood, you just have to work w/ the reflector and fit the ballast in the back.

Have you checked out nanocustoms . com? - they have a bunch of kits for upgrades (lights, electronic chilling, micro skimmers)

A-Train -

What sort of settings are you using to get your pics to show "true color"? Anytime I take pics under 50/50 or 14k (anything with actinic) my shot seem bluer than they actually are - your nano shots look like they would in person (although I haven't seen your nano in person, I think you smell what the rock is cookin')...

I'll check out nanotuners. I filled my pants a little with the $$ of nanocustoms. Although, that just be the going rate for stuff.

Flexing the big pipes for ya Soup....getting....light....headed.....

No special settings. Just got 'da MoJo!
