Thanks for sharing the pics. Nice tank! Have you had any issues with that file fish eating your corals? I had one in my 240g and after my majanos were gone he started eating my GSP.

Not yet, but if he eats GSP - sounds like another bonus. I don't have any green star polyps and don't want any.

You tank looks terrible. Seriously, you should give up the hobby. LOL

Looking great. Is that a Ventralis in the middle? Are they to be found anywhere nowadays? I picked up a Zoster Butterfly yesterday, hope he will be a model citizen. I will add a pic of him to my tank thread later. You tank looks great! Are the blue clove polyps causing any trouble?

That is a ventralis in the middle. The Zoster (pyramid) is an awesome butterfly. The blue cloves just grow fast, but don't seem to bother anything except my zoa's. They smother them out.

Couple of new ones from today. I added some new sand (Tropic Eden Reef Flakes). Also changed out bulbs to more blue. I am getting great growth, but wanted colors to pop more. They have only been running for about 3 weeks, but I am already seeing a difference. I cleaned up the sand bed by removing the clams, and a few other corals...looks better to have some white sand showing.

I put a file fish in my tank. It did eat all of the aptasia, but then it ate both my lobos, my red acan, and all of my zoos.

have you tried aptasia killer on the blue polyps? Seems to keep them at bay from my zoas. I agree with one reef tank sucks! Cool flippin video! pun intended!

very, Very nice, I really like the colors and selection of fish and corals, AMAZING...

I just started cycling a 48x48x24 cube also, with 12 T5s on ATI fixtures and a minimalistic rock aquascape.

Gonna subscribe to this thread, I love your tank

Great video btw.
