Heres a couple shots I got this morning. He is finally starting to get a little more active.

The first time he made a half hearted attempt. I had the krill I was feeding pinned to the rock with one finger and as he took it he gave a small strike on the rock. Never an aggressive move after that, but I certainly wasn't about to play tug-a-warwith him either.
I also hand feed my G.chiagra. Lastt iem I did it he made the same half hearted strike. More of a "I can if I want" threat than anything.
My G.grapherus is a whole different story. That little twerp skewer my finger the third time I played that game. He would whack me when I was harvesting his hair algae and I figured that was the extent of his aggression twords me.
I was wrong.

yikes, i would never try to hand feed mine...to much of a chance to feel some major pain! Plus I dont like to bleed...

Best part was the cable guy showed up no more than 2 minutes later, while I was still trying to stem the flow of blood. Boy did that bleed too.

Did you post pictures of the wound? I remember someone gettin wacked by their mantis and showin some pics...it was prety gnarly. Looked really brused...

Took the pictures but haven't posted them. Should Juvinile Deliquent be out and about this evening I should have time to post them. It wasn't too visually bad but hurt like a mother. He skewered the end of my finger, enterance and exit wounds.
