To get rid of the glare, get a polarizing filter. Shillers or Creve Coure Camera will have the locally, depending on what camera you have.

Or a waterproof acrylic box. Hold it over the camera lens, and stick it in the water....

What kind of camera do you have? What kind of casing?

Camera: Sony Cyber Shot DSC W1 digital camera. The dive case is also Sony for the Cyber Shot line of cameras. Many manufacturers are making dive cases for their moderate to nicer cameras. Bought my case on ebay. The vendor had the cheapest price on the web.
