Of to Hubble or octisoawn is a variation of frogspawn. Never heard a bubble called anything but a bubble.

I've only heard them called bubble coral or pearl bubble coral. I'm not sure if they are distinct species, or just different "morphs" of the same coral (like short vs long tentacled torches).

Pearl is the color. I've seen green tinted and browner as well

Did a little more research and wanted to get one. Found this:
